Registration (closed)All attendees must register for the conference. Registration (student and non-student) includes admission to all conference sessions, a copy of the conference program book, conference proceedings, admission to the Sunday welcome reception, and all coffee breaks. Full (non-student) registration, in addition to the above, includes one ticket for the Tuesday night conference banquet.

a The student member registration rate applies only to IEEE Student Members. (See the bottom of this page for information on joining IEEE.) One of the following items must be provided as proof of IEEE Student Member status at the time of registration:
Students who are not IEEE members and are not joining IEEE should pay the Non-IEEE Member rates for students and must provide proof of current enrollment status as a student at the time of registration. b Each full or student registration fee entitles publication and presentation of only one paper for which the registrant is lead author. Each additional paper with the same lead author incurs an additional fee of US $250. c Each full or student registration includes publication of one paper (up to 6 pages in length) in the conference proceedings. A maximum of 2 additional pages are allowed. An additional page fee of US $125 per page applies for over-length papers (of 7 or 8 pages); papers exceeding 8 pages will be refused. Additional paper publication fees should be paid together with the registration.

NOTE: New members (or returning members with a lapse in service) joining between 1 March and 15 August are billed at half off the full year membership dues for 2011 ($16 for student membership), and receive membership benefits through 31 December!
Important Remarks
Disclaimer: The registrant acknowledges that she/he has no right to put damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by any unexpected events or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the registrant accepts this proviso.
Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds of conference paper registration fees after the deadline for final camera-ready papers submission.
